Sessions are customized based on your specific needs and goals. Our initial session is 2 hours and includes intake, more time getting to know each other, and your first introduction to hypnosis. Following sessions are typically 90 minutes each.

When you buy a package, all additional sessions remain locked at your discounted fee whenever we work together!Below is a list of prices and packages.
